Even when Kenya gets into tribal fights, we still remain a vibrant economy that peaceful Tanzania can only wish to be.

In Kenya we prefer large land holdings. That's the only way production will ever grow, and that's how the entire progressive world operates.
In Tanzania you can continue subdividing your lands till everyone is left with a tiny grave plot. And you will continue leading in extreme poverty cases.

in Europe they have something known as indirect property ownership. also have another thing known as 3d property units.
the former, subject(s) owns object(s) shares instead of the physical object(s). Normally they list their properties in bourses like companies. this helps to solve the issue of imperfections of property market. also improves productivity as several small pieces of land a merged together for sound production activities. this is known as land amalgamation.
the 3d unit has a vertical delimitation. i.e. L×W×H. in TANZANIA is termed as unit title. other call it condominiums.
The fact that Kenyatta stole land does not dispute the fact that large land holdings is the only way out of poverty.
Actually, if most people can live in apartments and in cities and specialize in other skills and let the serious agriculturalists do the farming in large scale, you'll be a very prosperous country. Examples are all around us.

70% of Kenyans live in rural areas on ancestral/family land. Even in urban areas, majority have left behind their rural land.
I would estimate that between 80-90% of Kenyans have family land they are entitled to.
That makes Kenya a country with one of the highest land ownership in the world.

When I look through what you have pasted with no analysis, the data show that Tanzania is two positions poor than Kenya but, Kenya is three positions poor than South Sudan. Republic of South Africa is one position poor than South Sudan. Are these making sense to you? did you analyse the presentation before forwarding to this audience?
