in Europe they have something known as indirect property ownership. also have another thing known as 3d property units.
the former, subject(s) owns object(s) shares instead of the physical object(s). Normally they list their properties in bourses like companies. this helps to solve the issue of imperfections of property market. also improves productivity as several small pieces of land a merged together for sound production activities. this is known as land amalgamation.

the 3d unit has a vertical delimitation. i.e. L×W×H. in TANZANIA is termed as unit title. others call it condominiums.

The fact that Kenyatta stole land does not dispute the fact that large land holdings is the only way out of poverty.
Actually, if most people can live in apartments and in cities and specialize in other skills and let the serious agriculturalists do the farming in large scale, you'll be a very prosperous country. Examples are all around us.

Man came out of stone age when he realized that a single person can feed his entire family.
Man entered the modern age when he realized that a single person can feed 100,000 people.
The rremaining 99,999 people are freed up to do other things.. Skill separation.

Tanzania is refusing to get out of small holdings.

Whether Kenyan squatters will ever be allocated land, I don't know. What I know is that if they are allocated that will not help our food situation. We should actually be consolidating the small pieces right now.

bro the large land holding should not be deprivatory, should be just. The Kenyatta family, Lord Dalamare family et al are owning land at expense of majority of your people. A lot of people need land. but you guys, the beneficiaries of the historical epoc are pleasing yourself that your people are happy and rich. huo ni uongo, if are happy and rich, why there is a serious class struggle. why people machette each other during every general election.

70% of Kenyans live in rural areas on ancestral/family land. Even in urban areas, majority have left behind their rural land.
I would estimate that between 80-90% of Kenyans have family land they are entitled to.
That makes Kenya a country with one of the highest land ownership in the world.

Violence in election is more about incitement. Certain people made to believe that national resources can only get to them if their man is in power.

When I look through what you have pasted with no analysis, the data show that Tanzania is two positions poor than Kenya but, Kenya is three positions poor than South Sudan. Republic of South Africa is one position poor than South Sudan. Are these making sense to you? did you analyse the presentation before forwarding to this audience? I suspect you had a hysteria to show how good Kenya is compared to Tanzania?

Did Raila concede! Why was it necessary to have Msando eliminated before election? Was it necessary for Ms Akombe to escape the country. Kenya is a failure of democracy. In the 1990s it was arrow and bow. In 2007 it was guns and Machete. then 2012 the world used The Hague as a scarecrow. Came 2017 poor management.

Is it true that Kenya Democracy is when a Kikuyu Wins. I am waiting to see this time which Kikuyu is available for tribal support? When you still operate at tribal level, you don't have to look into other parameters for you seeing your primitiveness, underdevelopment.
