Hatimaye Ukraine na Urusi walifikia makubaliano ya kuruhusu ngano ya ukraine kusafirishwa kwa kutumia bandari ya Odessa. Ukraine walivyoona hivyo, wakaamua kupeleka kwenye bandari hiyo meli iliyokuwa na mitambo ya kurushia makombora ya HIMARS yaliyotoka Marekani. Walifikiri kuwa bandari ya Odessa haitashambuliwa kwa kuwa imekubalika kutumika kusafirisha ngano!

There is nothing in the recently signed deal to unblock grain exports from Ukraine that forbids Moscow from continuing its special military operation, destroying military infrastructure and other military targets, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Monday.
“Under the grain deal, Russia did not assume any obligations that would prevent the continuation of the special military operation and the destruction of military infrastructure,” Lavrov said, referring to the missile strike conducted by Russian forces on Saturday in the port city of Odessa.
Moscow has destroyed US-supplied weapons, including heavy artillery, during a strike on Sunday in western Ukraine, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.
Storage facilities containing missiles for HIMARS multiple rocket launchers and shells for M777 howitzers were targeted, the ministry announced on Monday.
A shipment station outside Bogdanovtsy village, which hosted the munitions, was hit with “sea-based high-precision long-range weapons,” it added.
