Considering Normal Definition of both Terms
ICT- Information and Communication Technology
IT-Information Technology.
Some Also Define ICT as Information,Communication and Technology [emoji1483] .....please notice the difference between the first and the third [emoji872][emoji3447].
Thus ICT-Information and Communication Technology base much on the study of gathering,processing,analyzing and Processes Information for +Ve Use (sometime -ve [emoji854]), And the way of which these information can be transmitted (communicated) between different parts/points throught the implementation of Technology.
WHILE
IT-is the study that deals only with gathering,processing,analyzing and use of information for different uses...
