I assume only first drinks were poisoned,
since Marissa was fast,She added unpoisoned drinks which helped her reduce the poison concentration in her body that's why she survived,

As for TOM, he drank the only poisoned drink,and because he was slow, the poison had enough time to Kill him.

Marisa is not drinking but pouring drinks in her mask that has container on her back and front.
