Unataka kuanzisha biashara?
Hakuna kitu kinauma kwa mjasiriamali yoyote yule kuona biashara, project au wazo flani ambalo aliamini laweza kumtoa kimaisha likiishia hewani au kama ni biashara kufeli. Kiukweli we all want something of our own ambacho siku moja tutakua proud kwacho.
Kuna mambo flani nahisi tunayaacha tu kuyatumia wakati tunaanzisha au tunapotaka kuanzisha biashara kisa 'we want to prove tunaweza stand alone'. Ni kweli kwamba kuna ile furaha unakua nayo pale ambapo kitu ulicho kianzisha mwenyewe kinapofanikiwa.u feel.."yeeees, I did it" ila sometimes things suck..
Kwa mtazamo wangu, it's better kwa start-up business kuangalia haya maeneo mawili.
1. FANYA PARTNERSHIP ILI MSHEE GAINS NA LOSSES.
I believe some won't see the sense behind this coz wamesoma mashuleni but it wasn't applicable but the real truth is hii kitu(partneship) kwa start-ups makes a whole lot of sense. Lakini pia, najua ni kazi ngumu kumpata mtu ambaye mnaweza endana ili kufanikisha malengo, ila kaa ukijua hakuna kazi ngumu kama kuanza kufukua mashimo na kufunika visiki mwenyewe hadi utoboe kwenye ulimwengu wa biashara na ujasiriamali.
(a) Unapoingia kwenye partnership, ukweli kwamba mnashare kila kitu in equal proportion will alleviate a lot of things. Ni kweli partnership itapunguza some gainings but kwakua loses huwa ni nyingi kwenye early stages za biashara nyingi hivyo sharing ya losses will mean the impact on each partner will be reduced. Sasa hapa inapendeza sana ukiwa kwenye partnership na mtu unaye endana naye kwakua atakae kutia moyo ni yule mwenye mzigo sawa na wako na kwakua amewekeza kwenye biashara hiyo hivyo anajua uzima wako ndo uzima wa mtaji wake na biashara yenu kwa ujumla.
2. KUAMINIWA NA WAWEKEZAJI.
kwa start-ups mtaji ni issue sana kupata ukiwa single man team.
Kuna siku nilipata nafasi kuongea na Mmiliki wa NGO moja hapa tz. Nilikwenda na teammate mmoja coz na yeye alikua anahitaji msaada kutoka kwa huyo mmliki. Tulimueleza kwamba we're struggling getting fund from different sources ingawa tunavigezo na kazi tumefanya zinazoonekana. Inakuaje yeye anakua na pesa nyingi kutoka kwa wahisani mbali mbali wakati tayari anapesa na nyingine anazikataa? At the same time sisi tunastruggle..!!! Jambo moja ambalo alishare nasi ni kwamba, 'when it comes to a new 'thing', be it business or something else, investors wengi wanapenda kuweka pesa zao eneo ambalo wanaona investors wengine wamewekeza and there's no solo ownership of the business. Investors wanawekeza kwenye single owned business only zikisha boom.
Wawekezaji wengi wanaamini katika wingi. Go bank for a loan and see. Watakuambia u need a team, a group or something of the like. Not in a single team. They believe that two heads are always better than one. They believe in 'teams efforts than an individual solo project's. Wanaamini risk ya kuwekeza kwenye idea/business ya mtu mmoja ni kubwa. Na hii ndio imepekea start-ups nyingi siku hizi kuwa na co-founders of about two to five people. Kuna time kabisa investors wanasema watawekeza kwenye project zenye co-founding team na ni moja ya criteria ya kupata fund.
Kitu muhimu cha kunote ni kwamba partnership pia haiguarantee mafanikio coz kuna cases nyingi zinazoonesha failure za partnerships businesses. Unachotakiwa kufanya ni kuhakikisha unachagua best partners. Wanatakiwa kuwa watu wanaoamini katika idea yako na wanaweza kuweka au kufanya something tangible kwa ajili ya manufaa ya biashara /idea yako. And I should not lie to you, running a business hasa hizi start-ups is not easy but don't quit unapoona mambo hayaendi coz hata ukiquit haita speed up the process. Booming kwenye biashara inahitaji time, patience and consistency. Kama unaamini katika wazo lako na ukipata partner mnaye elewana, kula maisha is just a matter of time and patience.
