Hivi unawezaje kupunguza mafuta ama unene wa mikono kwa kina dada,kwa wale ambao hawana maumbo makubwa lakini mikono minene
 
Nadhani cha msingi ni mazoezi tu hasa ya streght na balance diet kwa sababu it seems mafuta yanakimbilia kwenye mikono.. Ngoja wataalamu kina EMT na wengine waje waelezee

Mie siyo expert bana. Lakini tofauti na wengi wanavyofikiri, the rule of thumb is that “you just can’t spot remove fat”. Hii ina maana kuwa hutaweza kuondoa fat from a specific part of your body just by working exclusively on that particular body.

Kwa mfano, hutaweza kupunguza unene kwenye tumbo kwa kufanya tuu mazoezi ya crunches and sit ups. Hivyo hivyo, kwa mwanamke ni vigumu kupunguza unene kwenye hips au mikono kwa kufanya mazoezi yanayolenga hizo sehemu tuu.

Njia pekee ya kupunguza unene kwenye sehemu fulani za mwili ni kupunguza the overall body fat. Hii inawezwa kufanywa kwa kupunguza calories mwilini. Kama ni mwanamke hakikisha unakula calaories 1,000 maximum kwa siku. Kwa mwanaume maximum ni 1,500.

Yes, there is no such thing as spot reduction with working out.

It's only available through liposuction and other similar procedures.

Some have thick bones, some don't. Wengine huwa wanasema kuwa na big bones ni myth tuu. Wataalamu wanasema kuna aina nyingi za bone structures. Tatu muhimu ni endomorth (umbo kubwa na broader boned body), ectomorph (more slender and small boned body) na mesomorth (more medium sized body). Ukitaka kujua kama una big bones au ni fat tuu, fanya x-ray. lol

As far as I know kuwa bigger bone structure inasaidia sana kwenye bodybuilding. In deed, watu wa bodybuilding huwa wanasema kuwa your skeleton is the most important thing related to how big you can get. Lakini hii haina maana kuwa muscular ni sawa na kuwa big boned.

Kwa kweli, I have not come across with such a thing as kupunguza a broader boned body to a more small boned or medium sized boned body. Labda la muhimu kwanza ni kujua ni kitu gani hasa kinachosababisha mtu kuwa na bones kubwa. Tukishajua hilo, ndiyo tunaweza kuangalia kama zinaweza kupunguzwa.

My view ni kwamba genetics ndizo zinazo-determine your bone structure and so huwezi kubadilisha your body frame size unless you can change your genetics. lol. Lakini unaweza kuongeza bone density and body mass na kufanya frame ya mwili wako ionekane kubwa zaidi.
