Lewis i didnt hear issue of election being rigged...what i heard ws election process was faulted at some point..IEBC had direction set for them but they decided tk have thier own ways instead of following what the law needs...as t was said t irregulaties and illegalities...sasa hio rigging inasemwa wapi...in short what court said s voting n counting alone dont mek an election to fair, credible etc...its all th process that takes place til the winner is declared..so kama wana nasa bado mpo na mambo ya rigging mtapigwa tena na hawa mabwanaand why was he intoxicated btw???
