Sad. It is indeed sad to see this sort of image. The photo may well have been doctored but there is no doubt is a true reflection of the harsh reality on the ground in that part of the world. It is a reminder to most of us who take things for granted. The other day I went out to Wet and Wild in Dar Es Salaam watching my nieces and nephews swim, I had plenty of time to wonder how unbalanced this life was!

Imagine the guy who took this photo did commit suicide! Life is all that happening to you when you are busy doing other things!
