Usajili barani Ulaya: Season 2009-2010

HAWA MADRID WANANIPA TUMBO LA KUHARA TUU..

Real Madrid are believed to want any move for Liverpool's Xabi Alonso sorted out in the next fortnight. The Spanish giants, who have yet to make an official bid for the midfielder, have set a time limit on their interest, according to sources close to the Bernabeu club.

Alonso: Yet to return to Liverpool training after participation in the Confederations Cup

Liverpool boss Rafael Benitez, having tied one midfielder, Yossi Benayoun, to a new two-year contract extension, will now be expected to decide Alonso's future before the player returns for pre-season training on July 19.That is the day before Liverpool fly to the Far East for games against Thailand and Singapore.
Alonso has been given an extra fortnight's holiday along with his fellow Spain team-mates who have been playing in the Confederations Cup - Fernando Torres, Jose Reina, Alvaro Arbeloa and Albert Riera.
Real Madrid insiders believe that the club's new coach Manuel Pellegrino will want to move on to other holding midfield targets if a deal for Alonso cannot be tied up within two weeks.
But as far as Benitez is concerned, any doubts about Benayoun's future have been dispelled following speculation that he would also be interested in a move away from Anfield.

Hapo ndio hali yangu inakuwa mbaya... Jamaa wakitaka huwa hawakosi!!! Liverpool needs the whole of last year's squad plus full backs

Anahitaji kuaminiwa basi!

True that!!! problem ni kwamba Babbel lacks team mentality sometimes, he is so driven to individual glory and tries very hard to run defenders rather than create spaces for other team mates!! he needs to play like Yossi

At his best,he can single handedly win games for the Kops

Lol....! Mkubwa hiyo ni de javu ya kuondoka kwa Tevez au u mean what u are saying!
No time kulaumiana mkubwa, lets get back together na akina MTM na grupu lake tuwapiku vikombe once again this season!

Go United!

Benitez jamani ..asiuze hawa vijana...Alonso tunamuhitaji zaidi. Kama tukiwa na kikosi cha last year..hopefully we can compete msimu ujao..ila naona Madrid wameamua kubadilisha ulimwengu wa soka...jamaa wanataka washinde CL na Liga kama mara mbili hivi harafu watulie...

Anyway..mwenye nacho ndo huyo...Perez..ukishasikia Perez anamtaka mchezaji nadhani hata kocha inabidi aanze kufikiria mara mbili..who wouldnt want to play for Merengues bwana? Its all about individual accomplishement..team inakuja baadaye..Na ukienda Madrid..hata CV yako (assume unataka kuomba kazi 🙂 inakuwa tofauti bwana...

Ngoja tusubiri tuone.

No one wants an Owen shirt

OWEN UNPOPULARITY

It's lucky for Michael Owen that Sir Alex Ferguson rates him, because Manchester United supporters certainly do not. Since he signed on Friday, the club shop has yet to receive a single request for an Owen shirt.

This evidences just how widely the dissatisfaction with his purchase is felt; very few supporters feel that he is good enough to play for the team, and just as many are resentful of having an ex-Liverpool player in the squad.
An employee at United's megastore commented that:
"We haven't got his number yet, which might have had an effect, [but] we are not expecting a big demand even when that is known. As far as I know, no one has asked for [it]".

Tevez set to seal Man City switch

Manchester City have agreed a five-year deal to sign former West Ham and Manchester United striker Carlos Tevez.
The 25-year-old Argentine forward, who left Old Trafford last month, will complete his move subject to a medical.
"It's terrific news," City boss Mark Hughes said. "He is an international of the highest class who possesses all the attributes to help drive us forward.
"This is yet another deal that shows the commitment of the owner to make this club the very best it can be."
Tevez, who will wear the number 32 shirt at Eastlands, spent a season with West Ham before joining United on an extended loan deal in 2007. He started 99 league and cup matches for Sir Alex Ferguson's team and scored 34 goals, but decided to leave despite being offered a permanent contract.

ee bwana man city wako juu kwan kila m2 wanamtaka wao

we waache tu, watafulia by November!!!! si unakumbuka walimsajili De JOng kwa paundi million 17 wakati wangesubiri 6 months wangemchukua kwa mbili au free agency???

Namuone huruma kocha wao maana muda si muda watamtimua na yeye kama walivyompoteza sturrige [dogo mahiri]

Pressure inapanda, pressure inashuka..

Frank Lampard admits Chelsea captain John Terry has a big decision to make as he ponders a move to Manchester City.

Terry is yet to commit himself either way as he mulls over a big-money switch to Eastlands, though the Blues are desperate for their skipper to sign an extended deal.

Lampard, who came close to linking up with former boss Jose Mourinho at Inter Milan last summer, says Terry shouldn't be criticised for considering the offer.

He told The Times: "I don't know what he will do. I've been in John's position, but everyone at the club wants him to stay. I had an option to leave last summer, to go with a manager who I love, but it came at a time in my life that, maybe, just wasn't right.

"But the situation made me think an awful lot. It wasn't an easy decision, either, and I don't think people should criticise John. People should respect his right to choose.''

City are reported to have offered Terry a bumper £200,000 a week deal, but Lampard insists if Terry does make the move it won't be for the money.

He added: "When you're a successful player this kind of thing is going to happen and then you have to make a decision. John's a very honourable man and it doesn't come down to money and things like that.

"I know John. I know he'll be thinking about what's the right thing to do as a player and, in the longer term, for his career. This is not just about the money and people shouldn't try to make it that black and white.''

Xabi Alonso says it is up to Liverpool and Real Madrid to reach a fee after admitting he is tempted by the Spanish club's "impressive project".

The midfielder linked up with his team mates in Vienna before jetting off for their tour of the Far East.

Speculation has been rife that the 28-year-old would join Madrid before Liverpool's trip to play pre-season fixtures against Thailand in Bangkok on Wednesday and Singapore next Sunday, but officials are still working on a deal.

In an interview with the AS newspaper, Alonso said: "It is always a great feeling when Madrid want you, especially considering the phase of the career I am in now. But at this point, whether or not that can happen is not up to me.

"It's a matter that involves three parties, including myself. I do not like to force the issue. I prefer to talk. Madrid's project is certainly impressive. But beyond that, I cannot tell you anything else.''

Alonso also said he intends to hold discussions with Liverpool boss Rafael Benitez.

He said: "I will talk to him, sure, but the first thing to do when I arrive [in Austria] is to greet him. But I imagine that in the next few days, there will be time for all that, even though in reality, there is nothing in particular to talk to Rafa about. It's the clubs who have to negotiate to reach an agreement.''

On the reported fee, Alonso said: "I am not the man who can answer these questions. The truth is that I cannot say much, because every little thing can be misinterpreted. And I do not know how things will turn out either because I am not a fortune teller.''

Benitez has consistently said in public that he does not want to sell Alonso, but if the position becomes untenable with the Spaniard having to search for a replacement, the fee he wants is over £30m.

Valencia's David Silva is reputed to be a target, while Liverpool are also likely to enter the bidding for Aston Villa winger Ashley Young.

Duh, hawa Barcelona naona wamemtimua Eto'o noma tupu!

Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola, who transfer-listed Samuel Eto'o last year, has said he believes the Cameroon striker should leave the club.

The Spanish champions are in talks with Italian side Inter Milan about a swap deal involving Eto'o, 28 and Swedish striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic, 27.

"I am convinced that the best thing for Barca is for Eto'o to leave," said Guardiola.

"Could I be mistaken? Maybe so. But I am here to make these decisions."

Guardiola added Eto'o's departure would be good for the team.

"I feel that it is best for the club and the team. It's a question of feelings," he stated.

"I am not here to change anyone's character, but I can decide on which players I want to count on for the season.

"After what we won, we had to change the dressing room. I took this decision from my experience as a footballer."

Eto'o had been on the verge of a deal with Manchester City but Mark Hughes's side withdrew their interest last week.

The forward signed for Barcelona from Mallorca for £16m in 2004.
