Tangu Rwanda aingie East Africa, alianzisha mpango wa kuitenga Tanzania wa "Coallition of The Willing", ambao haujawasaidia chochote hadi sasa. Pia,wamekuwa wakipoteza uaminifu kwa Tanzania kwa kutuwekea vikwazo. Mfano: Walianzisha kutoza ushuru wa laki tangi kila lorry linalopita kwao kwenda DRC (hii ni baada ya Operation Kimbunga na kukata mkia wa M23.

Juzi kwa dharau, kaweka kikao na coalition yao. Na walifanya hivyo makusudi kuiumiza moyo Tanzania. Na amepewa bandari kavu na Kenyatta kama mbadala wa bandari ya DSM.

Kama option, sisi mizigo yetu mingi inaelekea Congo, ni rahisi zaidi, na ni kupiga ndege wawili kwa jiwe moja kama tukiunganisha SGR toka Kigoma, Burundi hadi Congo. Halafu baadaye ndio tujenge ile aliyotudanganya Kagame ya Isaka hadi Kigali.

Hapa madereva ni raia wetu hawatanyanyaswa tena kule Rwanda na tutakuwa na option ya kutumia either Burundi au rwanda kupeleka mizigo Congo.

Shida ni kwamba, Kagame yuko loyal sana kwa wamagharibi ambao ndio wanatupiga sana vita sisi.

Rwanda asikuumize akili hata kidogo. Huyo hana mbadala wa kuitegemea Tanzania. Hawezi kupambana na geografia akaishinda.

Sisi wenyewe ndio tunaoweza kumlazimisha aende huko unakokusema, kwa kumpa masharti magumu ya kutumia huku kwetu; vinginvyo hakuna namna ya yeye kuendelea na safari hiyo ndefu kwenda Mombasa.
Hakuna mfanya biashara yeyote mwenye akili za aina hiyo.

Baada ya kuyaandika hayo, ninakuunga mkono kwa haja ya kutokimbilia kupeleka SGR Rwanda, kwa lengo la kuifikia DRC.

Burundi ni bora zaidi kuliko Rwanda. Kwa sasa, kama tunataka ni kukazana sana kuipeleka reli hadi, wapi pale karibu na Kahama?...; na kuweka Bandari kavu pale.

Lakini lililo bora zaidi kuliko yote hayo ya Rwanda na Burundi, ni kuweka mipango madhubuti kuweza kuifikia DRC moja kwa moja badala ya kupitia nchi nyingine.

Kama tukiweza kuwa na Bandari kadhaa kando kando ya Ziwa Tanganyika, nina hakika, hata waCongo wenyewe watajitahidi kuweka Bandari upande wao ili iwawie rahisi kwao kupokea mizigo yao toka kwetu.

Hili sijui kwa nini serikali zetu hawajapenda kuliweka maanani. DRC ndio litakalokuja kuwa soko mhimu sana katika ukanda huu wa Afrika, na sisi tupo sehemu nzuri sana ya kulitumia soko hili kuliko hao wengine wote wanaolimezea mate.

Mada yako naona haiendi. JF wapo kwenye siasa za udanganyifu kuliko maendeleo ya nchi yetu.

Inawezekana, lakini nadhani unamuonea kuhusu hili, hasa kwa wakati huu ambao maelewano yake na jirani yake M7 sio bora sana.

Ngoja nikwambie mtu wa kumlaumu kwa kiasi kikubwa juu ya hiyo 'CoW'.

Hiyo injinia wake mkuu ni mnafiki mkubwa, na ndumila kuwili Uhuru Kenyatta.

Huyu anafanya kila analoweza kulifanya atuumize. Sio leo, wala jana.

Na wala siyo yeye peke yake, huu ni mpango wa nchi nzima na raia wengi wa nchi hiyo.

Sababu inajulikana. Tanzania ndio pekee inayotishia wanachojigamba nacho wenyewe - kuwa vinara wa eneo la ukanda huu wa Afrika. Tanzania ni tishio kwao, kwa sababu wanajua ni swala la muda tu Tanzania itakuwa juu yao kiuchumi.

Kwa hiyo unapoona kuhangaika kote kule na kugawa ardhi haraka haraka kwa Rwanda, ujue ni kuvuta biashara kwao ili Tanzania ipoteze.
Lakini kama nilivyoandika hapo juu, mfanya biashara wa Rwanda atakuwa mwendawazimu kuiacha Dar na kwenda Mombasa kama hakuna tatizo lingine lolote la kisiasa au ubovu wa utendaji wetu huko bandarini.

Hata huku kukimbilia kufunga mpaka na kuacha malori yaendelee, Uhuru Kenyatta alidhani anatukomoa.

Watendaji wake mpakani sijiui hawakujua kwamba kuchelewesha malori yenye bidhaa zetu na kuzifanya ziozee pale mpakani hakutasababisha nasi tutafute njia za kumkomoa!

Akili za hawa viongozi wakati mwingine ni vigumu na kuzitofautisha na akili za watoto.

Nadhani nitakuwa nimekufumbua akili kidogo.

Si tunayo Tazara na wachina wapo tayari kuiadjust to sgr , na Hata hivyo hii ipo pana kuliko central line.

Rail gauge and standardsEdit
The TAZARA has a track gauge of 3 ft 6 in (1,067 mm), also known as the Cape Gauge, which is widely used throughout southern Africa.[14] TAZARA connects to the Cape-gauge Zambia Railways at Kapiri Mposhi. The remainder of Tanzania’s railways have 1,000 mm (3 ft 3 3⁄8 in) metre gauge tracks.[15] A transshipment station with a break of gauge station was built in Kidatu in 1998.[15]

Except for the rail gauge, TAZARA generally reflects Chinese railway standards of the 1970s. The technical characteristics of the line were:

  1. Couplers: Janney (AAR)[16]
  2. Brakes: Air/vacuum[17]
  3. Axle loading: 20 metric tons[17]
  4. Sleepers: Concrete on main line, Wood at turnouts and on bridges.[17]
  5. Rail: High-manganese steel, 45 kg/m (90 lb/yard), mostly jointed.[18]
  6. Signals: Semaphore
  7. Design speed: 110 km/h (70 mph)[19]
  8. Design capacity: 5 million metric tons per year.[5]
  9. Loading gauge: Limited by 22 tunnels in the Udzungwa Mountains

Jambo ambalo hadi hii leo huwa ninajiuliza na kushindwa kupata jibu ni kuhusu uhusiano/ushikiano wetu na hizi nchi jirani zetu.

Kwanza hebu angalia mpaka wetu, Tanzania na Kenya.
Pakuingilia mpakani kati ya nchi hizi ukiachia mbali njia za panya chungu nzima ni:
1. Sirari
2. Namanga
3. Horiri
4. Holoholo
5. Mwanza - Kisumu kwa njia ya meli

Na zote ni njia zilizoimarishwa vizuri sana, zikiwa na barabara nzuri kabisa. Na bado, hivi majuzi kukatangazwa kwamba tunachukua mkopo AfDB, kujenga barabara itakayoambaa kandokando ya bahari ya Hindi toka mpakani na Kenya hadi Bagamoyo.
Huko Kenya kuna nini?

Sasa geuka na uangalie maingiliano yetu na majirani zetu wengine.

Zambia - akheri ya hawa, ipo Tunduma; na kuna TAZARA, kuna barabara, na kuna angalao bomba la mafuta.

Malawi - Sijui. Tunalo ziwa pale, hata sijui kama bandari kati yetu zipo zinafanya kazi.

Mozambique - Huwa nasikia tu daraja la Mkapa. Kuna mwingiliano mwingine wowote wa kibiashara kati yetu na Msumbiji? Hata kwa kuvuka mto tu!

Uganda - Mutukula? Tuna barabara nzuri inayotuunganisha na Uganda ili tufanye biashara nzuri nao?
- Meli ziwani, nazo ni nadra sana
Maingiliano yetu na wao ni hafifu zaidi.

Rwanda - sehemu moja tu mpakani kati yetu na wao

Burundi - Meli ziwa Tanganyika?
- Mpakani kuna vituo vingapi vya kuingilia kati ya nchi hizi mbili

DRC - Hii ndiyo inayosikitisha zaidi, na huku ndiko tunakotakiwa kuweka nguvu yetu zaidi.
Badala ya ile barabara ya Bagamoyo kwenda Mombasa, pesa hiyo ilipaswa iwekezwe huku ili tupate angalao mwingiliano wa moja kwa moja kati ya Tanzania na DRC, bila ya kupitia nchi nyingine.

Kwani Kenya kuna nini kinachotufanya tupende sana kutumia raslimali zetu nyingi kuingiliana nao?

Nina jibu ambalo pengine linaweza kueleza sababu ya hii kuwa ilivyo. Ngoja niibanie kwa sasa.
 
Political will is all it requires to completely revamp the Tanzania-Zambia Railway Authority (TAZARA) today, the Chinese Deputy Ambassador to Tanzania, Mr. Guo Haodong has said.

Speaking in Dar es Salaam when he paid a courtesy call on the Managing Director of TAZARA on Friday 15th December 2017, Mr. Guo said China, Tanzania and Zambia could easily resolve the challenges of TAZARA.

“At the time of constructing TAZARA between 1970 and 1975, the three countries had more daunting problems then.

Today, all the three countries are far more advanced than they were in the 1970s. Therefore, it is a matter of political will that is required to revamp this company and take it to another level,” said Mr Guo.

Mr Guo lamented about the irony of the railway’s poor performance in Tanzania and Zambia, citing an example that when he travelled to Mbeya by road, the highway was heavily congested with trucks carrying heavy loads and yet just a few metres parallel to the road, the railway track was lying idle
 
In addition to that, the TAZARA Deputy Managing Director, Dr. Bertram Kiswaga said that additional efforts would go a long way in ensuring the performance of the railway was improved.

The meeting recommended major renovations to the rusty narrow gauge railway line and approve of plans to link Tazara to Tanzania’s multibillion-dollar Bagamoyo port, as well as to Malawi, DR Congo, Rwanda and Burundi.

Nashukuru mshangiaji. Kuna mtu anashida na reli ya kati, kea kifupi ni kwamba SGR inayojengwa sasa wanajenga mulemule reli ya kati ambayo imeenda hadi Kigoma mwisho wa reli,hivyo ni rahisi tu kuijenga.

Pia, DRC ni nchi kubwa sana, kusini hadi Kinshasa wanahudumiwa na barabara ya Zambia na Tazara, lakini toka kinshasa hadi Kivu (eastern congo) ambako ndio mizigo yetu inapitia rwanda ni mbali ukitokea kusini.

Ukipima umbali wa kigoma mwisho wa reli ni rahisi kuunganisha kwenda eastern congo, halafu Rwanda watapambana na hali yao pale Isaka dry port (karibu na kahama kwa waliowahifika pale).

Kuna hoja moja nzuri sana jamaa ameibua, ni kujenga bandari kubwa na bora ziwa Tanganyika na kujenga meli kubwa za kisasa. Lake Tanganyika is the second deepest lake on earth, meli kubwa zinaweza kujengwa, kama ile inayojengwa Mwanza sasa. Meli hiyo inamanuva kuanzia kigoma hadi zambia and vise versa.

Malawi wanatumia barabara through kyela ila wanaweza tumia bandari kavu Mbeya.

Mozambique hawana faida kwetu,kwanza kutokana na usalama/vita kaskazini, pia wanayo bandari, na wapo karibu na south africa, hawahitaji huduma zetu labda biashara za kawaida.

Kagame ana akili ya kujua ni upande gani wa mkate umepakwa siagi kuliko wewe unaeshauri . Hiyo reli ya SGR kwanza itafika lini huko Kigoma mpaka iendelee hadi Kongo ikiwa bado iko Kibaha? Coalition of the willing ilianzishwa na hizo nchi nne baada uongozi wa Tz na wananchi kuleta siasa na kusifiana kabla hata mradi kuanza.


Reli hadi Morogoro ilikuwa ikamilike Novemba, 2019 lakini ni maneno na sifa nyingi ndo vinatawala bila vitendo. Wafanyabiashara wa minofu ya samaki wakisoma ujinga ulioandika hapa watakupiga ukienda likizo kwa kumsema vibaya Kagame aliyetoa ndege chache za nchi yake kupeleka samaki zao Ulaya huku madege mengi ya Magufuli yakiwa yame park tu miaka na miaka. Hiyo reli toka Isaka hadi Kigali hata jiwe la msingi limeshawekwa zaidi ya miaka miwili.
