Usithubutu kufanya Meditation ni hatari!!!

Meditation unafungua milango yako ya kiroho kwa good spirits and bad spirits. Zote unazikaribisha kwa wakati mmoja sasa kama huna ujuzi au ukashindwa kuzipambanua na kuchagua jua kabisa unajiweka kwenye matatizo.
Maisha yako yatatawaliwa na msongo wa mawazo, muda mwingi utakuwa unatamani umeditate lakini utashindwa kwa hofu utakayokuwa nayo mwishoni hiyo hali itaanza kuathili mpaka maisha yako ya nje na shuguri zako za kila siku

Kwani meditation ni nini?
Meditation means simply to concentrate / reflect /think/ contemplate on some positive experience.

Kwa mfano kama unaomba Mungu akusaidie may be kuwa na afya nzuri, halafu wakati unaomba unafikiria kwenye mind yako that you are getting better and better. This is one form of meditation.

Basically thinking about something positive, other form of meditation are not to think at all or to think about something which will relax your mind and body. E.g good experience you had in the past or enjoying something nice, your favourite activities.

There are many different form of meditation from different part of the word. But we all meditate in form or another.
