Utafanya nini nikikupa kati ya Tsh 10milioni ---Tsh20milioni?

I am brainstorming for business ideas from the ground with hope of launching business in tz early 2010. any ideas will be highly appreciated.

najua kuna mambo mengi ambayo ninaweza kufanya tanzania lakini ninata nipate mawazo kutoka kwa wananchi na wataalamu wanao andika kwenye huu ukurasa. Baadhi ya mawazo niliyo nayo ni:


1) Real state ----buy acreage or cheap houses in dsm or moshi. improve the lots/house and rent or resell for profit

2) warehouse and distibution centers-----buy from regions with abundant food supplies, store and transport to the needy regions.

3) infrastructure----build toll free brigdes/roads

Mawazo yoyote ya kusaidia tanzania kusonga mbele yanakaribishwa na nitashuru sana.

Mimi nitachimba visima virefu vya maji maeneo ya Tegeta/Kawe na kuuza maji kwa bei nafuu. Kwa kufanya hivyo nitakuwa nimechangia kutatua tatizo la maji kwa walalahoi wa Tegeta/Kawe. Pia mradi huo utarudisha gharama haraka na kuwezesha kuchimba visima vingine, ktk maeneo mbali mbali. Hivyo unakuwa ni mradi endelevu.

Have you read any books on the subject - Real state?
Naamini una ufahamu kiasi fulani kwenye hilo. You could start a book club kind of thing here in JF to teach (or help others). In the process, you'll get a lot of volunteers who would assist you to get what you're lacking/requesting. You win, and they also benefit.

With this below statement....I admit to have not seen your ''larger picture'' in it....nor can't I even navigate through the lines....to ''read'' & try grasp what was meant there....other than a mere spending of money!

Nitanunua kiwanja kilichopimwa na full documents then baada ya miaka miwili nitakuaj kukiuza kwa bei mara 2 ya bei niliyonunulia.. ndio bongo manake price zina shoot ile mbaya

I have a business, that has a minimum startup cost of 25 million.... so, 10 million is just peanuts!

In that business of yours, what is your profit margin per month hata uone 10 million ya kupewa is peanuts?

10 million is not peanuts and this is why.
Kwanza, kilicho muhimu zaidi kama hitaji ili kuanzisha biashara sio mtaji.

Pili, katika biashara zote watu wanazoanzisha, zaidi ya asilimia 70 hufa kabla ya kufikia miaka mitano. Kwa maana hii, kama ndiyo unajiingiza kwenye biashara, una millioni 10 tu halafu ukazimwaga zote kwa mkupuo kwenye kapu moja you'll either fail or fluke.

Tatu, you better start a small deal kwanza kabla ya kurukia big deal business. Weka fedha kiasi kwenye biashara unayotaka kufanya, mfano 5 million au chini ya hapo, na wakati huo uzingatie namba moja niliyotaja hapo juu.

Now, demonstrate to us why 10 million is peanuts!

I read you loud and clear. Ningefurahi kutoa msaada kwa ajili ya JF na nafikiri ni forum nzuri kwa watanzania na watu wengine kuchangia mawazo yao. However, my business goals at the moment are not to invest in the media. Natumaini jibu hili halitakukatisha moyo kwani I still believe this website is a fantastic idea. Keep up the good work if you are involved in running this site.
