Utafiti: Wakenya walioajiriwa tz

Naanza kuona tatizo ambalo halikuwa sehemu ya tatizo la utafiti.

Inaonyesha watz ndo matatizo makubwa katika kuelewa maswali na kuyajibu. Maelekezo yangu yako wazi kabisam lakini wengine wanajibu hovyo hata hawasaidiii kujenga huu utafiti.

Inawezekana kutokujua namna ya kujibu maswali ndo kunatufanya tushindwe kwenye usaiili?

I suggest that all front office staff in all bank branches in Tanzania immediately be replaced by Kenyans or foreigners. I'm refering to all bank tellers, customer service reps, front desk clerks, marketing staff and all front office banking staff including their supervisors and managers for they are full of crap, constantly continue to disrespect customers, offer poor customer service yaani mmeshindwa kazi.

Mkuu uliyosema hapo juu nakubaliana nawe ila kuna mambo ambayo hayahusiani sana na elimu ambayo yanakera sana:

1. Watanzania wengi siyo waaminifu kwenye sehemu za kazi. Mtu akiajiriwa leo basi usiku mzima anaota jinsi atakvyomwibia huyo aliyemwajiri. Kwa kweli hili ni tatizo kubwa sana. Wengi walioajiriwa kwenye sehemu nyeti kwenye makampuni ya binafsi wanapata shida sana kupandishwa vyeo kwa sababu ya tatizo hili.
2. Uzembe kwenye pia ni tatizo lingine. Hatupendi kufanya kazi kwa kujituma, siku zote, kila siku, saa zote tuwapo kazini. Mambo yanakwenda ovyo ovyo tu na hatujali.
3. Corruption - "wewe nipe tu meza/ofisi na mshahara wowote ule."


About Your Research

I am not sure whether you are using a methodology which will give you data that you can rely upon. Surely you expect some duplications and bias. Tanzanians/Employers are not properly represented in this forum. Even if they were, not all of them will be free to volunteer information which they may think is confidential. Surely there must be a better way to get the information that you need.


By the way, I do not take your research to be a serious one. Why Kenyans only?
 
Mambo mengine siyo ya kujadili humu, yanahitaji kuangaliwa kwa uangalifu mkubwa na kuchukuliwa kwa hatua zinazostahili inapobidi. Inawezekana kabisa kujengeka chuki zisizokuwa za msingi kwa sababu tu ya upuuzi wa kulalamika kwa maneno bila kutenda kurekebisha upungufu au udhaifu uliopo. Ni muhimu sana kudevelope positive mental attitudes.
Hata hivyo wapo Watanzania wanofanya kazi Kenya na kwingineko kama ambavyo Wakenya na wengine wanfanya kazi Tz!
 
wakenya walitilia sana mkazo elimu ya chuo kikuu na kujitahidi kupeleka wanafunzi wengi vyuoni .wanachokifanya ni haki yao na wala sisi tusichukie kabisaa maana wanavuna walichopanda.

tatizo moja la sisi watanzania ni kuzarau kukipa kiingereza umuhimu kwa vijana wetu ili wakiongee na kukiandika vizuri. Kiingereza kina majalida vitabu vya maalifa na kozi nyingi sana ambazo unaweza hata kujifunzia mwenyewe nyumbani. Sisi nasi turudishe kiingereza shule za msingi na kuhakikisha wanafunzi wetu wanajua kukiongea pale wamalizapo shule ya msingi.

Wanachokifanya wakenya kwetu ndicho wayahudi walichokifanya kwa mjerumani kabla ya vita ya pili ya dunia.. Wayahudi walikuwa wamesoma sana na wenye mali, hivyo kila secta nyeti za uchumi walitawala wao tuu. Mjerumani alifanya kosa kuwauwa na kuwafukuza badala ya kuwaiga wayahudi.
 
Data unazokusanya haziendani na "utafiti" unaofanya, kama unataka kujua kama wana elimu bora zaidi unatakiwa ufananishe quality ya elimu TZ na Kenya sio kuangalia nani ameajiriwa wapi.

Ukiambiwa Mkenya Juma ni manager Coca Cola haisaidii kitu, haujui elimu yake, haujui experience yake, haujui kwanini ameajiriwa yeye badala ya wengine labda ana personality nzuri na skills za interview yote haujui. Hakuna uwezekano wa kupata conclusion za kitafiti kwenye "utafiti" wako.
