So i went to this arabic restaurant and I ordered rice and chicken, the rice was kinda different so i gathered my courage and i asked the chef for the recipe, he gave me 1 then yesterday i tried it,[emoji3] gotta say until now it’s the best simple recipe i ever had

He gave me these spices, hadi now I know ni mixture of dried dates, pilipili nyembamba, hiriki kuna some sort of dried hard nuts sijui ndio nn[emoji23] basi spices zingine zilizo kwenye hyo mixture sijui ni zipi,
but you boil maji na hizo mixture till boiling hot then unaweka mchele for 10 minutes then drain the excess water, rudisha mchele jikoni weka mafuta ya mzeituni but moto mdogoo, seal the pot u are using ( the secret ni mvuke ) cook in 15 minutes.
