Potelea mbali, kula chapati 3 kesho alfajiri kimbia kilomita 10 kuondoa manyama zembe halafu saa 4 asubuhi mduara unaendelea, chapati 3 na thupu ya mbuzi pilipili kwa wingi mchana dona dagaa na tembele kesho alfajiri unakimbiza tena kilomita 10 hivohivo ila huwezi acha kula vitu vitamu sababu ya kuogopa choo/tumbo kitajaa/mwili kunenepeana....😅😅
NB: Hii haiwahusu wasiopenda kula tafadhali, kama wewe sio mtu wa misosi huu ujumbe si wako...😊.
Halahala, kula hovyo ni hatari kwa afya yako, kula kimpangilio sio kimfakamio...😅. Sunnat kuutiisha mwili walau mara moja kwa mwezi kuushindisha njaa siku nzima halafu mduara unaendelea...😋😋😋.
