Hiyo Act haipo. Its was never updated. What you need is to find the financial ammendment Act of 2012 read it together with the 2006 or 2008 (cant remember which is which). And try finding all the financial Act za tokea either 2007 or 2009 upto 2012. That way you will be more accurate on your research.
