maziwa na siagi hupunguza kiungulia nahisi, hapa natafuta pishi jipya la viazi vitamu.
 
farkhina alishawahi kusema tangawizi inapunguza gesi…lakini sasa sijui ladha itakuwaje viazi vitamu ukiweka tangawizi?😕

Hivi umeshawahi kujaribu chipsi za viazi vitamu Kongosho? Ni nzuri kweli, tengeneza na mayoinnaise sauce.
Kuna kichobingo kiko masaki, kinaitwa black tomato; hebu ingia google map, ukapate sample.

ndio unaweza kuviponda na vikapunguza kiungulia, changanya na maboga ponda weka tui la nazi au maziwa, usisahau iliki kidogo inafanya iwe na ladha ya kipekee.........ni tamu sana na chakula nzuri hasa mwezi wa ramadhani

yes nazijua, tena nlifundishwa na baba yangu. Ni tamu, tena kama.wataka vya kunywea chai unaweka na sukari(msukuma na sukari kama mmasai na samli)

True, nimechemsha na chumvi kidogo.

Vilipoiva nikachuja maji yote, nikaongeza maziwa na siagi, black pape. Nikaacha vikachemka then nikaponda, nkaingeza mayo kidogo then tayari kwa kuliwa.

Msosi mtamu, simple and cheap.

Plus kuku wa nyanya ya kibati,;saafi.

ndio unaweza kuviponda na vikapunguza kiungulia, changanya na maboga ponda weka tui la nazi au maziwa, usisahau iliki kidogo inafanya iwe na ladha ya kipekee.........ni tamu sana na chakula nzuri hasa mwezi wa ramadhani
 
mmmh, utapoteza four figa sasa hivi aisee.
mie huwa navipakaa olive oil kidogo halafu naviweka kwa oven just 15 minutes. Chakula cha uvivu hicho, ukirashia na vipisi vya kuku humo humo, ukimaliza kukata kachumbari mambo waaa (karibia naachika)
