there is no much difference between the two cities!
Ingawa by all standards Nairobi is more advanced in terms of infrastructures, life styles of inhabitants and weather ofkoz gives Nairobi added advantage!
in terms of growth Dar inakuwa much faster though speed inaweza kupungua in the next 5 - 10 years!
Ukubwa wa Dar kwa maana ya population density ndio changamoto kubwa ikfuatiwa na ujenzi holela in suburbs!

Ubepari unawanyima wakenya wengi chance ya ku-move ktk green pastures, ndio maana wengi wenu mnaishi Kibera au wapangaji ktk apartments za mabepari wachache! sababu ya movements ndogo mji hauwi na pressure ktk ukuaji na hivyo unawapa nafasi city authority kupanga mji, ukuaji unaofuata utaratibu! Dar watu wanajenga nyumba kuliko mchwa na ni kila kona!

Ila uhitaji wa psychologist, I think Kenyans mna huitaji mkubwa Zaidi, that's why you have many at the moment!!!!, issue ya demand na supply! the way you are reacting to comments is not normal, mnachukulia serious kila comment na issues zenyewe ni just opinions zetu wenyewe hazina impact ktk chochote tunachosema!

Let it stink.. Matter of fact a want it to stick more.. We have kibera, Mathare... We are proud of them.... But what you bongolalas are failing to understand is even with that slum in Kenya.,we are still far ahead of you.... The most creative and most hardworking people come from those slums, near kibera there's toi market, most of them do there business there.. Some even earn more than you (game over) soo everytime you talk about kibera and Mathare just know they have more money than you....
