The apple was eaten by her
Why did you change the tense from present progressive to past perfective? Is it real necessary?

In the passive voice; "She is eating an apple" (present progressive tense) should be "an apple is being eaten by her" (present progressive) and not "the apple was eaten by her" (past perfective)
