Kuweni serious na issue ya miamala ambayo inaonekana inahang, watu wako kwenye kipindi kigumu ikizingatiwa ni mwisho wa mwezi wengine wanatumia hela familia zao, wengine wazazi wao, wengine wanalipa bills, wengine wana wagonjwa hospitali nk.

Mlishindwa kuwa na plan mapema bila kuinterfere production? Mlishindwa kuasses mapema na kuzuia baadhi ya huduma muhimu ili msiumize watu? hasa huduma za miamala ili watu waangalie alternative nyingine? Kwa nini isiwe scheduled kwa phases na iwe inafanyika usiku mnene kwa masaa manne manne?

Sasa bando zetu hizi zinayeyuka tu. Maana juzi nimeshindwa kutazama mpira online kwa poor netwk.

Mnapoboresha hizi huduma mzingatie pia gharama tunazokuwa tumelipia lkn tunapata huduma hafifu.

Mawasiliano yamekuwa shida nyie leo ndio mnatoa tamko, mmeshindwa hata kutujulisha kwa sms kwenye simu zetu.

Kitengo cha huduma kwa wateja mjifanyie tathmin hasa sasa tunapoadhimisha mwezi wa huduma kwa wateja.

Dar es Salaam: Kampuni kinara ya teknolojia na mawasiliano nchini, Vodacom Tanzania, imetangaza kufanya mabadiliko makubwa katika miundombinu ya mtandao wake ikiwa ni sehemu ya kuwahakikishia wateja wake huduma bora na za kisasa zaidi.

Akizungumzia hatua hii, Mkurugenzi Mtendaji wa kampuni hiyo, Philip Besiimire alisema kuwa Vodacom imejidhatiti kuwa kinara katika ubunifu na kuboresha huduma zake kila wakati. “Ili kuendelea kuwa kinara katika teknolojia na kuwapatia wateja wetu huduma bora, tumewekeza kwa kiwango kikubwa katika kuboresha miundombinu ya mtandao wetu,” alibainisha.

Hatua hii ni muhimu kwa kuwa inaiandaa nchi na wateja wetu kuwa tayari kupokea mabadiliko ya teknolojia ya kisasa kama vile Akili Mnemba (AI) ambayo inalenga kuleta maboresho makubwa ya upatikanaji wa huduma za mtandao kwa wateja.

Besiimire alifafanua kuwa maboresho haya yanalenga kuongeza kasi, kuimarisha mtandao na kuhakikisha huduma zinaendelea kubaki imara ili kukidhi mahitaji yanayoongezeka kila kukicha. Ingawa jitihada hizi ni hatua kubwa mbele, pia zinapitia mchakato mgumu ambao unaweza kuathiri upatikanaji wa huduma katika maeneo kadhaa kwa kiasi fulani.

“Tunaomba radhi kwa usumbufu wowote ambao umewaathiri wateja wetu na tunawahakikishia kwamba tunafanya kila jitihada kupunguza usumbufu huo. Zoezi hili linatarajiwa kukamilika ifikapo katikati ya Novemba, ambapo tutakuwa na mtandao wenye nguvu na unaotegemewa zaidi kwa manufaa ya wateja wetu wote,” alisema huku akiongeza kuwa timu yake itaendelea kuufahamisha umma wakati wote wa zoezi hili na kutoa msaada wowote utakapohitajika.

Sambamba na maboresho haya, kumekuwa na upanuzi wa mtandao kote nchini huku kampuni ikiimarisha mtandao wake. Mkurugenzi wa Mtandao wa Vodacom Tanzania, Andrew Lupembe, alisema kuwa Vodacom Tanzania inafanya uwekezaji mkubwa ili kupanua na kuimarisha mtandao wake.

“Mpaka sasa tumetumia asilimia 96 ya bajeti iliyowekwa kwa ajili ya miundombinu ya mtandao. Kwanza, tumetanua matumizi ya mtandao wetu kupitia uwekezaji wa NICTBB na Africa One. Pia tumeongeza uwezo wa vituo vyetu vya mtandao na kufungua vituo vipya Tanzania Bara na Visiwani,” alisema.

Lupembe aliongeza kuwa uwekezaji huu pamoja na uhimarishaji wa mifumo ya kampuni, utaleta huduma bora zaidi na inayoaminika katika wiki zijazo. “Wateja wetu wataweza kufurahia kasi zaidi, ulinzi ulioboreshwa wa mtandao, na huduma bora za mtandao bila changamoto yoyote,” alihitimisha.
 
Hata majuzi walituma ujumbe kama huo, siku ya pili mtandao ukaanza kutusumbua.
