Discount Rate = Market Interest Rate (1-Corporate tax rate)
Na ikiwa source ya finance ni full eguity, itabidi utumie formula ya kutafutia cost of equity na " cost of equity' ndo itakuwa Discount rate
Cost of Equity= Rf +(Rm -Rf) B
where Rf= Risk free rate " inapatikana kwa kuji uliza kama nita invest hizi pesa ktk Government Bond, nitapata interest ya kiasi gani (i.e Rate), hio rate ndo itakuwa Rf
Rm= Market Return hii ni expected rate of return unayoitarajia katika hio Investement yako
B = better Coefficient hii ni rate inaonesha corralation bettween Cost of equity na Market return
Na ikiwa Source of Finance yako imejumuisha zote mbili, ni lazma utumie WACC ndo itakuwa Discounting Rate
