To increase patriotic sentiment among students, they were promised increased scholarships. The Ministry of Education and Science posted a draft order on the portal of regulatory legal acts. In particular, students are promised to be paid more for regular participation in events aimed at “forming in children and young people an all-Russian civic identity, patriotism and civic responsibility, a culture of interethnic (interethnic) and interfaith communication, organized by entities engaged in activities in the field of youth policy.”
