cancer ni nini? many of us knw in simple longuage is abnormal proliferation of cell, uncontrolled of the basics of life,
thus prostate cancer/cancer of the bladder simply mean abnormal proliferation/uncontrolled of cells of the mentioned
normally this conditions are problems of the adults, from 50yrs and above one may say oh i'l not go that far? stay tuned
ya should at least learn some health tips. the problem with these conditions they normaly goes asymptomatically and at the time one realised that there is a problem,, the cancer has grown and it's kiling him/ha.
lot not known about the cause,, but this, 1) having a relative, 1st degree relative, farther with prostate cancer multiply ya risk 2times one in the general population 2)diet,, faty diet has bn show to play a role, so those who like to eat fried animal fats, be care,, 3)cigarete smoking has bn shown to have association with almost every sort of cancer,,

highly associated with cigarate smoking seen the very increase in women who smoke many of ya at risk
majority of patients with bladder cancer comes from endemic for Schistosoma haematobium.{kichocho cha njia ya mkojo} also exposure to some chemicals, those who work in rubber and leather procesing industries, painting, textiles printing are highly at risk. chronic infection of the bladder (stones in the bladder, injury in the course of treatment ie catheterisation, } all contribute to the development of cancer of the bladder
i'm concidering these condition in my discusion coz their fate is almost the same, my teacher in medical skull told me once the complication which arise from the two are fatal, because one may end up with renal failure,, {figo kushindwa kufanya kazi} and that one may live without penis/vagina or may live with no prostate, or bladder, or even one kidney but not the two,, so don wait it to go that far ya l be dead

because of their late in diagnosis, probably due to low skills among us dr, lack of dxstic tools, patient coming late, and the like we end up do palietive treatment tunakusaidia kufa vizuri instead of helping ya out of the disease
and because of our poverty the only affordable option we have is surgery, either to remove the prostate or normaly the testis for male,, or we remove the bladder for bladder cancer. imagine living without a bladder, living with a pouch, wolking with a bag of urine while waiting for your time. the very bad thing is despite the treatment, whether they do surgery, use radiatio, or give ya chemotherapy mavidonge au drip for how long, this just will help relieve the symptoms that is watapunguza maumivu tu but not to live a cancer free life
so what are the symptoms of prostate cancer and cancer of the bladder,, tell ya dad to see if he is free of these
for prostate cancer,
at point of presentation the patient will alread have some complication normally the cancer has alread grown
obstruction of urine thus hesitance on micturatio, with straining, poor stream, with dribling at the end and feeling of urine retention, may present with bone pain and lower limb swelling showing obstruction of the limphy nodes,
for cancer of the bladder normally one may present with blood in urine, though not normally seen by naked eye
increased kukojoa, abdominal pain and feeling of a mass chini ya kitovu,, one normally anakua ametibiwa mara nyingi saana kwa magonjwa ya njia ya mkojo kumbe walikua wanamis
importantly wanakua na maumivu wakati wa kukojoa,,
bare in mind hata kama utapata huduma,, treatment there are lots' of complication
