Ninafikiri Malcolm Gladwell did a good job of explaining why some people succeed/more likely to succeed than others in his bestselling book "Outliers". I have seen similar articles by him on The New Yorker. The Gladwell theory may apply to Mr. Buffet as well. Get yourself a copy.

Naseem naona haelewi kwani Warren amefanikiwa kwasababu Warren has four main principle mie nilipokuwa namsoma.
1. Warren invest in a company since he is an investor. Traders and many like us we speculate the market na hivyo basi we are just merely speculator and we go with the market moments.
2. Warren uses the fundamentals of the analysis. He usually dedicate the whole morning reading news paper and financial reports before making his decision. We are rellying on market momentum (either price or earnings) and some of us are or follow the market trends.Under the belief that the market will continue to perform well but no ones knows what the future holds.
3. Warren does not borrow. We borrow to invest and when the investment goes bust we are bankrupt (example the short selling technic is a disaster).
4. Know the company and People. Most of us we invest in a company that we do not know and even care to know them and this is a disastrous as stocks that we buy are rights of company ownership and the company are managed by people now if you have poor management the stocks value will decline so as the value of your investment. Warren was one time invited to Goldman Sachs to help them with their management issues, he even put his reputation on line to save Goldman Sachs.

you dont just make it if you cant do ur risk assesment in this field. now where is the risk assesment in the field in question au una zani angekuwa succesful tu kwa kufumba macho na kutupa hela. they're over a million successful investors in the west Buffets tops them all . maswali mengine kama hamuelewi how things work just shusssh. and stick to jukwaa la mapenzi

To understnad buffet you have to understnad the market now he is somehow part of the market, he doesnt do it for money any more but just for the thrill of it. Here is a man who can manipulate the market just by investing. bado ujue kuna ufisadi mpaka kwenye money market, which is 80% based on know how.
its deeper and longer if you follow it lakini mtu aje tu is buffet lucky or a genius without an iota of explanation ndio nachukiaa.
