Moja kwa moja kwenye hoja yangu
Kipimo cha elimu ni uwezo wa kuwasilisha hoja kwa kuzingatia mtiririko wa wa ushahidi unaokubalika kwenye jumuiya ya wasomi duniani na kwa mpangilio sahihi.
Maana yake nini uwezi jiandikia tu upuuzi ambao uwezi uthibitisha nje ya uelewa wa dunia kuhusu hilo jambo (vinginevyo inabidi uandike paper iwe peer reviewed ili dunia iwe na uelewa mpya).
Shida ya wasomi wetu sio kwamba hawatambui hizo kanuni za uandishi (not just academically, ila hata kwenye magazeti) waandishi wetu hawana uwezo wa kufuata academic structure kwenye kujenga hoja, kuonyesha uelewa wao on the topic (that they have done research) na mwisho ni grammar (kwa Kiswahili hii ni shida ya kuweka H na A ni minor) that’s the job of the chief editor.
Hili lalamiko ni kutokana na kupitia jukwaa la stories of change’ mule ndani kwa sababu kuna academic assessment watu wengi hawawezi kuandika, hawaoni sababu ya ku-research topic wanazoandika. Waandishi wanadhani wapo entitled na opinion without academic justification; kwa kifupi ni kwamba ukisoma topic za mule the whole seems pathetic.
