ethiopia already produces 4000 MW. Their dam which is now 80% complete will push their generation capacity to 10,000 MW. Good news for Kenya because we will get cheap power from ethiopia.

No problem, Kenya already has under construction new wind and solar farms that will start generation by end of this year. We can afford to wait for ethiopia to finish their dam.
