SMEC completed detailed design and tender documentation under Phase I of the project, and is currently providing construction supervision under Phase II.

Kampuni iliofanya designing inaitwa SMEC Kenya, ni subsidiery ya kampuni ya ya UK (I think), Lakini their Kenyan Subsidiery is made of of only Kenyans, no foreigners. kutoka senior management hadi low level.
