We need experts not politicians

Engineering scientists and teachers. Politicians alone cannot produce good Constitution. Focus on elections only, and who will be the next president undermines good Constitution drafting. In short Tanzania needs devoted and honest experts to write a Constitution that works for all, and for a long time.
