Habari wandugu,

Nasumbuliwa sana na unene na nimejaribu sana kufanya mazoezi lakini huishia kupungua kilo 3 hadi 5 alafu pindi niachapo basi hurudi kuongeza hadi kilo kumi. Kilo zangu zinacheza 95 mpaka 100 na urefu wangu hauzidi futi tano naa..
