I happen to go over an old article (Kagame and Museveni troubled relationship | INYENYERI NEWS) and I couldn't help myself thinking about the danger of EAC political federation that includes Kagame. This is the guy who has threaten the life of two sitting presidents in EA and we, or at least Kenyan, are letting him running the show since he has engineered the COW so far
