Did the Chinese have a free market economy before ?? China is a socialist country and they do have trade embargos too. Its recently due to over production they have decided to open up to the market but through knowing that you cant compete with them. China they are damping there products into the market due to over production since they want to secure there jobs.

Try to start the war with Tanzania and see how Russia and China will react.
