Will Uhuru still be a President?
Is there no threshold for election's legitimacy? How about credibility for the process where less than half of voters turn out in most of the counties aside those in Rift Valley n central?

BTW I hear even in those 2 places voters turn out is low as Mumbis lack motivational factor i.e. RAO! Media houses have been banned from live streaming from there.
