Tremors and earthquakes occur several times in a day and you never hear Kenyans 'brag' as a result of NATURAL occurrences.

How many buildings are there in Nairobi? I can assure you more than 5000. So from that sample size, you think 2,3 buildings collapsing is a clear indication of the rest collapsing? Don't be stupid. THINK!

There is a study bro, can share with you once got it. It shows that 50% of Nairobi buildings are not fit for human habitation. They can't with stand such tremors which felt in Dar last night.

Show us any African city where buildings collapse in bigger number yearly than Nairobi

Bring it here. Table the facts eliakeem

You have deep seated issues with Kenya but be serious. Yearly? Haha come on. Even if we assume it's yearly, that's at least 1 building in Nairobi according to you.

Now, is that really an accurate quantitative analysis? In a city of >5000 buildings?

Be serious

That's an exaggeration. Buildings are constructed taking into account various factors such as wind, seismic zones etc. You cannot allude that the authorising entity approved the more than 50% of buildings (according to you) without following due protocols.

Have we denied that there aren't substandard buildings? No. But these have mostly been built by quacks and through illegal means, and even so, they CANNOT be more than 1.3% of all buildings.

All of it. Still haven't come across your 50% figure.

So wee mutu, that figure is still small for your so long as it is not 50%. Don't you see those shocking figures which which caused the fatalities of 100 people in only 2017/18. The unsafe buildings are more dangerous than covid 19 do for you.
