1. Financial education and it's implementation in business.
2. Marketable and implementable idea.
3. Personal traits or talents in making money like Negotiating skills.
4. Faith.
5. Marrying the right woman or man.
6. Working Capital and ability to raise capital.
7. System of management.
8. Buying assets to foster the cash-flow of business.
9. Etc
