Almost everything is from our mind; the product of our thinking .Thinking makes an individual to act productively or destructively. I am not sure how many of us do something to equip or safe guard our minds into perfect thinking practices.
Today I am very much interested to write about what kids think about us; in this aspect I will consider pupils as kids too. As a matter of fact we are the role models of several kids around our communities. All their life is based on imitation of what we do , they struggle day and night to be like us ,how we talk ,walk , wear etc .They believe in everything we tell them even if its full of lies. To me I regard this as a very big responsibility thus to watch every step I make in my life so that not to pervert or ruin their future.
It should be remembered that we are who we are today because of the efforts or weakness of whoever were responsible to guide us at that time. For this cause what is the future of the kid whose role model is somebody x whose morals are not good? I have little tolerance to teachers who entertain students misbehaving. If these teachers were not given proper guidance by their teachers, it could have been impossible for them to be educated to that level if this is so why let the future of somebodys son or daughter perish? Or maybe these types of teachers were also guided by the misguided?
The point I am trying to make here is we should be very careful and honesty since we are admired secretly by kids .They believe we know everything and we can do everything. Some teachers can hardly adjust to the truth that they dont know something. Instead of giving false information why not to admit concerning being uninformed so that you can learn?
My call to parents and teachers is, before we blame technology and globalization on childrens moral erosion lets examine our contribution towards their behavior development, which kind of role models are we to them, how do we influence their lives?
