Kenyans, abstaining, actually running away from being seen voting to denounce the decision of Trump administration to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and hence shifting its embassy to the city was a cowardly decision. To me this tests the competence and quality of our leadership. We are human beings, we know what was happening inside the grey jerry of these individuals.

Our neighbours voted enthusiastically, reading loudly their decisions, confidently. In east Africa Kenya brags to have good economy and influence to steering the community towards where it is required to be. However, with this type of leadership, this type of decisions, there is no way Kenya will be a respected state. A country where the leadership struggles to impress the US regardless of the quality of prescription handled to them. Leaders who couldn’t recognize the humiliating prescription or who tolerated the humiliation for no tangible reason!

What benefits are we getting from this relation with the US? Getting VISA to the US? Are the benefits that much heavier to sacrificing the country’s integrity and respect? NO! NO!

What are we benefiting from you Tanzanians except from rumblings about this and that.
You frustrate everyone and everything meant for the community, you are selfish and parasitize your neighbors both in EAC and SADCC.
You always play victim whenever commitment is sought out from you, one foot in SADCC the other in EAC like the infamous hyena led by greed in search for elusive greener pastures.
Many will call Kenyans traitors, however we have and make informed decisions best for our people in all fields, Chief reason for Kenya being a leader not only in East and Central Africa but also in the World. Our decision not to Vote clearly declared us neutral and not meddling with other countries affairs that do not in any way affect us.
Sasa juu Tz voted against Jerusalem what are the gains so far? In Life always avoid the crowd, it's harder to be spotted or even recognised as there are better, wealthier and more vocal people than you. Yes, Tz is among others in the presence of bigger countries such as EU, China and Russia na mshajulikana where your allegiance is so you are rendered useless... by both sides.
Kenya itabidi imebembelezwa next time by both sides and of course Lazima incentives siyo maneno matupu therefore benefiting Our people, Our Country and Our interests.
