Cuba has higher unemployment rate, big population below poverty line, not enough food, and lower standard of living by far, that's why Cuba is a developing economy while USA is not only developed country, but is the world biggest economy, but still life expectancy is higher in Cuba than in USA.Cuba has the best medical care in the world. Why don't you accept that high life expectancy alone can't be define standard of living. Tanzanian is doing better in many parameters over Kenya, except life expectancy, even that the difference is not statistically not significant.
