Tanzania is learning from the mistakes of kenya and has already avoided pitfalls like Lousy financing, Technology transfer mistakes etc. Should they continue diligently to learn from kenyan mistakes, Tz SGR will win all business in EAC

Dar es Salaam-Isaka-Kigali/Keza-Musongati Railway Project – Bringing life to the rail sector in East Africa You will find all the info on Economic suitability and etc for Tz SGR somethings have changed since 2016 which is I guess the last time that was updated, when I get time I findout the latest doc from my GoT sources.but basically its similar. this prooves how much you dont know about Kenyas SGR yet you here everyday talking about it..when you have never read the most important document that explains everything about the document. .. Na ya tz pia haujui ... Non of you are qualified to even speak on this thread

Would you expect the contractor CRBC to say the project is unviable and loose the contract and ExiM bank to loose a $4bn lending opportunity?
What you are asking for If I understand you right is a technical project Design document. About the feasibility study... I, m not asking for it to see if the projects are economically viable... It doesnt even have to be a feasibility study document... an Environmental and social impact assessment would be sufficient...
I just need a document that explains the project in details, like why bridges will be built here or there, why electric power was chosen, where will ICDs be located if they are justified, whats the capacity of train station throughput, ..... For Kenyas example... most public projects wont have a feasibility study report found online but every public project must submit an ESIA report to NEMA to be approved... in that report will contain every detail about the project from the scale of the project even how much sand will be u§ed

Don't be stupid. The Tanzania SGR is the design and build project. Hope you understand what that meansunder the right to information....Yes.. you can even go to court to force the government to publish it ...maybe your laws dont work that way... There is no justification for govt to hold details of such a public peoject...
Even if they cant release the document, there is usually two feasibility study document, one is more technical and anotherone is created for public which is usually summarized to be understood by laymans...
