Your budget deficit for 2018/19 is in the billions of dollars. The correct figure should be $4.6 billion, not $46 million.
Probably even more, considering it is estimated to be 5% of your GDP.

Didn't you read the part about typing error?
If your deficit was that small, Safaricom could fund it in a week.
Sadly it is not, and this was a mistake by the writer. It is 100 times more than what is quote there.
