Actually its much easier for a Kenyan to do business in South Sudan than in Tanzania.

ofcos it's since majority of south sudanese are illiterate.it is very simple to do business in a country whereby more than 70% of its people can't read or write.

I didnt say having minerals is a crime. Kenya for a very long time been cursing why it wasnt endowed with so much. You saw the euphoria that met the news about the first discovery of oil in Kenya.

My point is that the key attractant of investments into Tanzania is minerals, whereas in Kenya is the presence of a larger middle class group as well as better educated and highly skilled labor. Truth.
