Man, have it your way.As a customer who cares if one is sky team or not. Imagine someone from Chicago or Helsinki given a choice to fly KLM to Amsterdam, and then Kilimanjaro. VS flaying to Amsterdam, then Nairobi, then Kilimanjaro knowingly you'll end up using KLM to Amsterdam, KQ to Nairobi and then Precision Air to Kilimanjaro. Consider this, price difference is $100, which one will you choose.

Not really, unless you want to be sued for not sharing information with service user. I pay to use the service of Air France or Delta airline, but in the end the airline though let's lamp this customer on longer route with KQ and he will not notice, in fact he will thank us for wasting his time. That is lawsuit right there.
Legal deportation are done in calm and collective way, when someone feels that he/she was not treated fairly eg. Miguna Miguna, there chanced you'll need extra force to remove them at the same time breaking all international laws. Let me ask you this, was the Chinese Monkey boy manhandled when he was deported?

Your closing your eyes on what did court decided on Miguna Miguna case, what did the judge told the authority, was he lawfully deported? Well that is the debate of another day.When a person is being deported, it is up to him to decide whether he will go out the easy way or the hard way.
At the end of the day, you will have to get on that plane some way or the other.
When Miguna refused to board the first time, it was clear he needed to be sedated when the next attempt was made.
You would be naive to imagine that everyone who is being deported will go out in a calm and collected way.
And there is no international law' that was broken. In any case, it was Miguna who was breaking the law by not submitting his passport at the immigration desk,.

The main argument here is that Tanzania doesn't need Kenya when it come to foreign travel. There are many other ways people can travel in and out of Tanzania avoiding Kenya all together.

You see, If Mombasa is receiving more passengers than Kilimanjaro and Abeid Karume then definitely there are airlines flying into Mombasa. The airlines don't have to be Qatar or KLM or Turkish. Based on your reasoning, Zanzibar airport is bigger and better than Toronto Pearson Airport because Qatar Airways flies into Zanzibar but not Toronto. Simple Mathematics indeed.
