I dont know why People dislike magufuli while its kikwete who banned KQ from Tz after a small matter of tourists vans..
Magufuli is too soft on this matter, Let KQ fly to Gatundu - Kinyatta's village

For sure JPM is demonstrating weakness on this! He needs to act ASAP n demonstrate to Kenyans that yap in here ati our tourism will crumble!

Legal deportation are done in calm and collective way, when someone feels that he/she was not treated fairly eg. When a person is being deported, it is up to him to decide whether he will go out the easy way or the hard way.
At the end of the day, you will have to get on that plane some way or the other.
When Miguna refused to board the first time, it was clear he needed to be sedated when the next attempt was made.

You would be naive to imagine that everyone who is being deported will go out in a calm and collected way.
And there is no international law' that was broken. In any case, it was Miguna who was breaking the law by not submitting his passport at the immigration desk,.

Your closing your eyes on what did court decided on Miguna Miguna case, what did the judge told the authority, was he lawfully deported? Well that is the debate of another day.

The main argument here is that Tanzania doesn't need Kenya when it come to foreign travel. There are many other ways people can travel in and out of Tanzania avoiding Kenya all together.

KLM ina base amsterdam hata mtu utoke manchester london au wapi lazima ustop amsterdam.. Na KLM offers non stop direct flights from Amsterdam to Dar Via Kilimanjaro using Boeing 777 au Airbus A330 DAILY...

The judge only has jurisdiction on persons on Kenyan soil.
Miguna never entered Kenya.

Do Qatar, KLM and Turkish fly to your Moi Airport? NO. Do those airlines fly to Kilimanjaro and ZNZ Abeid Karume? YES. Its simple mathematic!

Are we talking of numbers or Airlines that fly into the airport? You see, If Mombasa is receiving more passengers than Kilimanjaro and Abeid Karume then definitely there are airlines flying into Mombasa. The airlines don't have to be Qatar or KLM or Turkish. Based on your reasoning, Zanzibar airport is bigger and better than Toronto Pearson Airport because Qatar Airways flies into Zanzibar but not Toronto. Simple Mathematics indeed. (Did you once say you studied at Alliance High School? I might have my doubts based on this post)

PS.....Qatar and Turkish Airlines fly to Mombasa.
