Why Magufuli administration misses the point on Government splurge

The fact that I don't know of a major graft scam in pre-colonial times does not mean there was none!!! I wouldn't know everything Mkuu.

KWA WALE WOTE WANAOTETEA DHULUMA ZA CCM SOMENI HAPA!.

After the second World War Europe was rebuilt by American benevolence aka The Marshal Aid Plan.

And a similar plan was instituted by Uncle Sam to Japan.

Africa has received overwhelming aid but our curse has always been myopic African leaders whose greed for self enrichment impoverish all of us.

The time is high to call a spade a spade.

I refuse to sympathise with your situation because the content of this is a comparative analysis. If you know not is no excuse to criticize out of nowhere. You have a responsibility to limit yourself to what you only know...

Accusing someone of lying is serious business but dodging to point out the lies is disingenuous

The problem with a qualitative analysis like yours devoid of specificities tend not only mislead or dilute the issues but far more important fails to lead from frontier!

Gospel truth.!! You sound more like a religious lunatic who should be locked up. You have no difference with UAMSHO, who spared in the shadow of religion to express their political ideology.

Religious fanaticism when concerned with belly matters? Two Roman Catholics can now be differentiated on religious acrimonious engagements. How misinformed!

I think you really don't know what is going on. Keep it up.

Rutashubanyuma ,tell me you ain't fearing Magufuli?i can see it in most of your statements,YES i do agree with you that Magu just like other human beings obvious is not 100% correct, neither you,but for the mean time lets give him a "probation" of at least 6 months, then criticism can be warmly welcomed and applauded as you wish.

Right brother! Magufuli's government must change not only the way it operates but also what motivates it, the engine. The engine (CCM) is itself a total wreck, no amount of overhaul work or replacement parts can put it back to life. In actual fact corrosion has decimated everything in it's core!
The new vehicle JPM needs is the good government model, unfortunately he can't get one from with in the 50 year old vehicle, the 1977 constitution of the URT despite the fact that as President, he is it's first sworn defender. So he, and only he, has to make the hard choice of dumping this for the new one which Hon. Judge J. S. Warioba et al crafted for us. It's only through this can JPM construct the right engine for his vehicle, the type known as "good government". And you know what? This engine runs best only through the best fuel and maintenance practices and the avoidance of at least three of the major characteristics of bad government ie. Ambiguousness, Arbitrariness, and Capriciousness. Unfortunately these were the hallmarks of his predecessor's rule. Again, to drive us to the destination we all want, JPM must get the best fuel for his vehicle: justice for all.
In embarking on this new journey JPM's path won't be downhill all the way, nor will it be all in broad daylight. In fact it's going to be mostly uphill, mostly dark and much of the road will be rocky and full of pot holes. From the general look of things, most Tanzanians have accepted his style and invested their trust in him. He must not let them down by bringing unwanted baggage or tainted leftovers from the previous regimes. He must read the writing on the wall: "NO MORE"

Sorry mister, I beg you to forget all about all of this in your mechanics class in college. Pushrods engine is older technology than ohc engine, but you have to asked yourself how did a more complex design become prevalent in the first place?

As the same as, what makes Magufuli more prevalent than Kikwete?

Do they the same? Of course, they do not.

Unfortunately in Tanzania, ruling party has nothing to do with the one in state house. That is why, there is a huge different between Magufuli and Kikwete which are still on the same political party.

The matter is the one in state house not the whole party. The bad governance and rampant corruption did not pop up from heaven, it's created.

They had been all over the country, permeated in the society for past ten years and their impact has reached at intolerable stage.

''If a person becomes a billionaire in just few years, that is good enough to ask where and how the money was earned. Has the person broke the law of the country because he or she knows key individuals?

Has the person paid income taxes as required by the law of land and TRA?

These questions were raised during the past government leadership."

In spite of development, it is sad to saw sacrifices of the tens of millions brave Tanzanians were snatched by selfish vultures.

The Magufulism is keen to curbing the corruption, and it begins by applying transparency, accountability and consequence. Nothing else, wrong doers are facing the wrath of the law. Shoctopus give some credit to the current government. This is a great move from Magufuli. To be a president is a call, it's not a means for one to exploit for own purposes. Character and behavior is one of great importance on this level of executive position. And Magufuli seems to be a good president. I realized it. And I am confident that is not business as usual.

Well said again brother! But if by your understanding, my above comment is about 'college mechanics', I am sorry you have missed the train!

You are a big liar to claim that Africa has received the Marshal aid, because after world war II Africans were still under colonialists.
At least you have confirmed what I have always suspected about you.

I never alluded Africa received Marshal Plan but I compared how prepared Europe after the second World war to absorb and well spend the billions of dollar endowed to them.

Unless you suggest otherwise Africa post colonial administrations have been rat holes when it comes to donor money.

Defend them if you can but do not put words in my mouth just to disqualify my gist and justify yourself through misplaced criticism.

We are just doing that. We foretell times but we cannot foresee failure

Distancing Magufuli from ccm the party that groomed him to where he is may sound a clever ploy to keep ccm perpetually in power. But the vital question is after ten years of Magufuli's massive underperforming will a similar circus goes unnoticed?

The problems we are facing our not caused by personalities but endemic systems malfunctioning.

Fix the systems we can even put anybody there and the well functioning systems will bali us out.

Trusting men over systems is a short term fix to win the next election but is of no developmental consequence
