Why Magufuli administration misses the point on Government splurge

at ncaa stories kept veering new turns everday just to suit circumstances of the time but there were three crucial appointments in the ncaa board of directors and management carried by both kj and maghembe which have never been thoroughly scrutinized.........

the chair and one board member seems to have umbilical cords with kj

then there was ncaa ceo appointment of chief secretary ombeni's close kin which by all purposes and intents promoted nepotism....and now I have reason to suspect the disappearance of john rhino was ticked by this intriguing appointment

soon after the ceo was tapped, he demanded john the rhino be shipped to serengeti and those who defied him were either demoted, fired or disciplinary warned to kowtow the line....

these victimization decisions were approved by the board of directors whom kj and maghembe appointees are hibernating

remember john the rhino was transferred to serengeti from ncaa on 17th december 2015 and such decisions were not impromptu but were long time decided and preparations underway way long before the new regime came into office but there was one decisive common denominator: maghembe was the minister incharge of natural resources and tourism before and after the ascension of this regime

was maghembe retained as a coverup or a matter of coincidence remains issues of conjecture

i suggest the two rhinos from south africa costing over tshs 7bill were never killed or died but were shipped out to unknown destination but I have no proof

circumstantial evidence leads me to believe lack of appetite to punish those incharge is a pointer accountability is eschewed because the officers involved were merely obeying orders from the above

explain to me how twenty plus regiment of tanapa soldiers fail to protect or know the whereabouts of south african rhino under their watch and two months to go by after disappearance then whistleblowers are adamant to alert the general public the rhino is dead in the hands of poachers?

how do you exculpate maghembe exonerating the interdicted employees even for woeful protection of rhino beats logic and commonsense.........................maybe what is commonsense to me is no common to everybody!

how did maghembe recommend a second shortlisted candidate who happens to be a relative of ombeni sefue and refuse recommendation of ncaa board of directors to appoint an employee within his own ministry who led the pack of shortlisted candidates for the ncaa ceo job defies comprehension but now clarity is beginning to sink in..............

there is another emotional disappearance of vocal critique of this regime which we are apprehensive of his safety

some like me out of my naivety thought disappearances of regime critiques ended with kj regime but it seems we were very naive to give an avalanche of carte blanche to new rulers

persecution of dissenters is on the rise suggesting maybe the "departed" lubuva & Co. announced the presidential loser as a winner for how do you explain the war unleashed against dissent unless the real winner was shortchanged..........and the loser lacking legitimacy is intimidating all of us unto submission............

so those deluding us the debacle of last election is gone have no idea unless we investigate how nec came to announce the presidential result the curse will haunt us up to the next election with gratuitous police force reminding us we are no longer a peaceful nation but tottering and on the brink towards a failed state

without justice peace will remain elusive......

those advocating passionately for peace have to remember without justice they are wasting their precious time.....peace is a fruit of justice..............so aspire for justice and peace will pursue you like nobody biz.............
