where warioba deceit led us to ignore accountability and transparency issues are our roadblocks when they emphasized on number of governments i.e government structure but we know our problem are not entirely structural but in the way the government is run

to adorn our elections with doses of credibility we need to permit all and sundry to tally the results no sooner the polling stations have published their tallied results because by then nothing is for NEC to handle on its own

once polling station have made public their final count in civic, parliamentary and presidential vote let all of us who care to tally constituent and national level results do so and it should stop being the NEC prerogative.

the good news in changing the laws NEC will have voters, media among others as their supervisors and will no longer announce results they want but will have the duress to respect voters' verdict because the result will be in the mass media in less than three hours after the last polling station has closed

there will be no retired president like we saw in the last election in mwanza or in muleba south where this individual was rumoured to have pressured the election supervisor to announce results in favour of ccm candidates or face the sack because the supervisor also doubled as DED in that ilemea municipality

perhaps the most memorable contribution made by lubuva is the recommendation nec made to dissociate itself with local government in election supervision and hire its own staff....................that will be his legacy irrespective of what this regime will do to accede or not to those recommendations

but his legacy will also include his refusal to consider, deliberate and decide on ukawa written complaints against the presidential verdict...................maybe one day he will find a modicum of decency and exonerate himself and the nec he was bossing around.........

I salute you comrade, u have nailed it. Most of the people pretending to be critics to JPM regime have their own interests contrary to what they are preaching. Greedy of leadership and political popularity are killing them. Some people are just fucking puppets of the political figures who lost direction and go to opposition, we know all these social networks and media itself are being highly bribed to polute people's minds....all the good things are not portrayed. A few examples... Merry Christmas

lubuva legacy will also include to vehemently argue the independence of nec can only be in its nominal but fell short to recommend tallying of polling station results continue to be a nec onus while the polling station results are already made public and tallying is everybody business for there are no special skills to exclude voters, media, ngos and whoever feels tallying them at constituent and national level and publish them as unofficial results pending confirmation by nec

how we elect leaders transcend the mortal personalities raised in your parochial article
