Because the premier has lost all vestiges of moral authority he can no longer be considered for the premiership in fact we consider it a vacant reserved for an MP who will win over his electorate but not shunning them a gratitude of election violence

The analysis below is faulty and highly misconceived. Never a Ndugai fan must declare but issues which were before him were never considered before the NEC so any connections not based on facts but personal wishful thinking.

Ndugai was motivated by politics when he dismissed Tundu Lissu as an MP and the next Augusta House ought to do the right thing and reinstate Tundu Lissu foregone emoluments..are we not God fearing nation? God not in us when we inflict injustices to His people

We have only one enemy when it comes to electoral justice: the court of appeal because we had asked it to declare unconstitutional all election laws which empower presidential appointees who double as both DEDs and election supervisors from electing leaders on our behalf but they refused to uphold a high court decision to that effect...


Now we have at least 20 unopposed CCM MPs who are an upshot of that ruling

In those 20 infamous names, we have a PM, a house speaker, a cabinet minister, two scions of former PMs and immediate MPs a gratitude of electoral injustices inflicted at the highest court of the land!

Presidential appointees replacing registered voters from picking own leaders as required in the constitution is sinful and we don't need the highest court of the land to convince us of the otherwise

Now, from that monumental judicial error the electorate is increasingly a bystander in determining the destiny of this great nation...

Without touching the taboo subject of racism, we need to ask ourselves why billionaires are sailing through unopposed...

Why those closest to presidential appointments suddenly their political fortunes seem to flourish unimpeded?

If you are a business mogul you can clear your path to be an area MP without a single vote being cast ...money talks and the electorate can go to hell! Once you appease presidential appointees then you can easily sail through unopposed...we have three already in this category
