the problem was circumventing the constitution via an ordinary law as a means of amending it while the constitution has an elaborate process to rectify itself in the hands of MPs and not squattersI am not a lawyer but a mere patriotic citizen.The abandoned constitutional making processess failed from the start.Initial failure indicators can be traced when looking for kind of ToR given to Constitution"s committee .
integrity is by far the most desirable trait..a corrupt lawyer is very useless...............There is a need to revisit the kind of knowledge and skills an MP should have.Impirically they are law makers while majority are not only lawyers but also they lack substancial lee way to law making technicalities.
