I am not a lawyer but a mere patriotic citizen.The abandoned constitutional making processess failed from the start.Initial failure indicators can be traced when looking for kind of ToR given to Constitution"s committee .
 
for the appointer, earning low marks on these appointments will not swerve his head sideways but will assuredly stir and quicken his pace in surrounding himself with failed hands yet expecting improved performance is a stature of his not only paranoia but also insecurity insignia

the problem was circumventing the constitution via an ordinary law as a means of amending it while the constitution has an elaborate process to rectify itself in the hands of MPs and not squatters
 
bulembo and daughter will rejoin hands as member of special seats not directly voted by the electorate thereon swaying plenty of gusto in the Augusta House but commoners will be naive to expect these kind of swashbuckling representation types will ever advance their causes............................
 
There is a need to revisit the kind of knowledge and skills an MP should have.Impirically they are law makers while majority are not only lawyers but also they lack substancial lee way to law making technicalities.

integrity is by far the most desirable trait..a corrupt lawyer is very useless...............
 
nations such as ghana, senegal even south africa have reputation worthy mediating such a complex political situation where the rulers just like ours have very little regard to democracy unless they are the main beneficiaries.
 
presidential powers to appoint members of parliament under article 66 (1) (e) of the constitution have come under scrutiny because some versions of constitution have spelt a 50% quota for women but there is one kiswahili version I have is silent on this crucial provision...................why many versions with different inputs?
