The contextualisation of Mheshimiwa parliamentary riposte leaves us with a damning impression that Azory had recklessly crossed his journalistic boundaries this is why he is in the hands of the authorities..a detention but not deceased!

Mama Bensouda will be very keen to know what are those boundaries Azory had crossed...then the Pandora box of Lindi Kibiti will be opened...it is a can littered with maggots..."Lindi Kibiti ni mtego wa panya ambao wataingia waliokuwamo na wasiokuwamo"...the alleged atrocities committed there may amount to crimes against humanity and perpetrators may have been running organized syndicate with an organizational, command and hierarchical structure....if our crystal ball is spot on then such crimes fall into ICC jurisdiction in particular where the local state is unable or unwilling to prosecute or may be its chief perpetrators... then the brilliant legal mind of ICC chief prosecutor will add two and two to get four, five or even ten...that the disappearance of Azory Gwanda could have been evidence and witness tampering, and of more serious charges of ... obstruction of justice...God works in miraculous ways!

If you can't shoulder your travel and boarding costs worry not as the ICC will accommodate you in their luxurious jails...it could be a long wait before the matter is finally disposed off...but at least the remandees will sleep in a cozy mattress, eat more than three meals a day, get daily medical services, calisthenics where needed and a flash toilet plus toilet papers to boot....don't forget pedicure and manicure if you ever need them...conjugal rights within boundaries must enthuse too.....

....you can even ask for a nip and tuck cosmetic surgery to get rid of those wrinkles that keep reminding you that your appointment with Our Maker is nigh and you should repent or you will never enter His rest which He has prepared for those who loved His appearance...

....the ICC remandees will be spoilt with social amenities they will never consider to dole out to their local remandees or the jailbirds because they remonstrate bitterly incarceration is supposed to be hell...once ICC indicted our friends the plum government jobs will be relieved with immediate effect....it is unchartered waters...so to speak of..
